Current research projects include:
"Investigation into the potential application of probiotic bacteria as viable
feed supplements for commercially cultured crustacea and finfish". A
commercially sponsored PhD studentship, funded by ESF.

development of the green shore crab, Carcinus maenas". A commercially
supported PhD studentship, funded by the UK NERC.
